Is it possible to have multiple chat sessions for one site with this client/service?
I have a potential client that needs a online help desk. I doubt they will have major traffic but not everyone can share the same session.
I could use a commercial service but I like the idea that MOS-Chat will integrate into the CMS (Joomla).

It would be possible to implement, but right now users chat in rooms, or they chat using private messages.
May be that would be sufficient enough for them? To be able to FORCE private messaging to clients, and FORCE private messaging with available service people only?

That may work.
Can the communication be forced to be private between two users when starting the session?
For example; if one public user enters a session, could the system force a privacy "bond" between the first help-desk person who answers the request and that public user?
..or can a new room be created on the fly?

mos-chat is not designed for one-on-one helpd desk support type communication. It would require some additional implementation.
