I have a user that complains about problems joining the chat. She said it wrote: failed to authenticate you. your security code is invalid,contact your system administrator. She is a registed user. I guess its something about her computer...but I dont know From Mikkel

This error happens when your database has stored different sec_code for this user then in blastchat database. I will be adding admin functionality to reset user (so admins can do this on their own in rare cases like this), but right now you will have to tell me your URL and userid+username of member reporting this problem.
