I entered my registration details in the backend as part of installing blastchat, but now when i go to the registration page it's blank, as is the component when i link to it! Any ideas?

You have 2 website registered, both are missing private_key of your site. I recommend that you do the following:
Go to blastchat.com, login and enter chat, there you should have "Admin" menu visible, enter it and delete both registrations present. Then in joomla backend re-register both websites.
Let me know if you continue having problems, we will have to take a look at your case closer.
