Is there a way for users to only see my chatrooms? I don't want them to go wandering off to some other room. They'll get lost.

Yes, just edit your website configuration in admin backend, inside chat window udner "Configuration" menu.

It would be helpful if you would search and read forums before you write new topic, so, here is the link for you to read "Where to configure your chat?"

I know where, but it's still not clear which settings do what. I thought I had it set up right, but strangers are still coming into my chatroom and harrasing my users.

Explore server as well as room settings ->

Do not publish room globaly - your room will not be listed in global rooms

Disable guests access - guests can not enter your room

Disable global features - your members will not be able to see other global rooms

I see where not to check "Global Features"

I do not see an option not to publish globally
I do not see a disable guests acess option.

Is it possible that you could describe where or include a screenshot? I looked in the chat admin panel, the back end configuration, and the module parameters, and I'm still quite thouroughly lost.

Edit - I've found it. For those lost like I was, it's found by clicking the site name under the rooms column, and NOT by hitting the more obvious &quot;Edit&quot; button in the left column. Not very obvious.<br><br>Post edited by: leezard, at: 2006/10/19 02:03

In other words
1. you can configure server/website (click site name or Edit)
2. you can configure room itself (click room name)
