Hi all,

Installed the latest and greatest version, and when my people click on the Join Chat on the right module box, it takes them to the separate chat box, but also REROUTES my INDEX.PHP page back to the ROOT --> STARTPAGE.HTML (I dont' use index.htm because of hackers).

How can I stop this behaviour everytime someone wants to get into chat they get thrown off my site back to the root welcome image, not the index.php page where in Joomla everything is.

Is this wrong? or what is going on?

Your webserver is unaware of your index.php file being an index page. (you can define it in httpd.conf file).

If you set blastchat to open detached, main browser window is redirected to your $mosConfig_live_site, i.e. it is redirected to http://yourserver.com (not to http://yourserver.com/index.php)

It is possible to adjust and force to load http://yourserver.com/index.php if that is what you really need.
