First of all I love BlastChat, I've had no glitches, bugs or complaints since I've started using it. Except for one.

My website is dark with a black background so that, although BlastChat does match the color scheme of the site, the smileys' have a jagged white border around them.

I originally had this problem with another section of my site but I found the smiley files and edited them. However I'm guessing that the smileys for BlastChat are retrieved remotely.

Is there any way for me to use my own smileys for BlastChat?

It is on todo list, I do plan to offer emoticons replacement , so every webadmin can have their own. There is not time schedule so I can not tell you when will this be available.

Just manifesting the support for this issue. The smileys are pretty ugly on a darker background and I'm sure you agree that it's not how a smiley is supposed to feel like. I am sure that a lot of people would use your chat component if you could just let them choose and use their own smileys or at least to offer somekind of a better artwork.

I know it stopped me using it for quite a while, but your stuff works great and I am not abbandoning you

Another request: do you think you can use smaller adds in the iframe?

I wish I had more hands, I am right now finishing up assigning of admins and admin features like kick/ban which is more important to most admins here then anything else.

Yes, I do want to allow admins to define their own smilies, just did not have time to do so yet.

Ad size was recommended by webdesign professional, your chat window is a bit smaller. Yes, I do plan to ad option to not have ads in your chat at all, or have your graphics or even your own ads.

I just can't do it all at the same time, I am looking to hire extra hands to help but there are very limited funds available.
