The "Users area" always show an empty list, even with lot of people chatting on my default room. I can't assign Superadmin or administrator. How it works?

You are correct, there are no chatters from your website in the system. Users will show up only after your website member (NOT guest) joins chat.
1. Go to your website
2. login
3. enter chat
After this "Users area" will list that member.

I am currently using Joomla 1.5 in legacy mode (with community builder as the login module), and even after I log into chat, my user does not appear in the user list, so I have no super admin. Any suggestions?
