I have made a blastchat version which you can use without joomla (so just only php and mysql)

you can include it into your user system! So if a user goes to chat he hasn't got to fill in his guest username.
It also uses your own registered server!

what to do:

change config.php to your own details.

and include blastchatc.php where you want to have it .

the admin script is admin.php and only checks if the user is logged in with the username of the admin (you gave in config.php).
