hi all,
anybody can help me please. I am getting error message while installing module2.3 saying "There is already a file called /home/namadhar/public_html/modules/mod_blastchatc.php - Are you trying to install the same CMT twice? " I have checked and found there is no such module. please help me

Check if file /home/namadhar/public_html/modules/mod_blastchatc.php exists, I think there was error during Joomla module removal, it did not delete files.

If /home/namadhar/public_html/modules/mod_blastchatc.php does not exists, why would you get this error? Did you physically take a look into directory to see if file does not exist? Because it seems you only do not see module listed in Joomla module list, but that doe snot mean that file leftover is not there, delete that file.
