Is there a way to customize the URL to which the "Help" link points in the Chat window, or better yet add a [Help] link at the top-center of the chat window, beside the [New features], [Admin], [Rooms], [Chatters] links?

I wrote a quick how-to on my site (here's the link in case you'd find it useful to cannibalize it for your own documentation; feel free to do so), and I'd like to either link to the forum post into a new browser window from the main chat window, or create/link to a basic formatted HTML page that contains the same help info.

I just recently was considering to add an option to create customized menu items, so this might become reality.

Cool. I didn't think it was possible yet, I went through all of the client-side php files and didn't see anything of the sort.

I've got a few posts in the Chat support forum with no views/replies. You may have missed them amidst my post onslaught.
