Either you copy pasted PHP code into HTML page incorrectly or your server is not supporting PHP.

We do not yet support plain html websites (work is in progress), does your website support PHP code?

i installed last version og foomla + farsi language

Problem is in com_blastchatc/languages/farsi.php

1. copy paste english.php to farsi.php
2. make new translation of farsi.php file that will be utf-8 encoded and saved in utf-8 format if you want

(if you create new translation we will appreciate if you send us that file inside .zip file, we will publish it so others can use it, please, specify what encoding is used in file name like - farsi_utf8.php)
