Chat was working fine. All of a sudden; all my registered users are getting incorrect security code. None Registered can chat fine.
Tried the complete reinstall to no avail.
When i deleted the account from blastchat I get a message that I am not authorised to alter the table.
Help!

we were improving security and for about 2 minutes this error was visible. But it was quickly detected and fixed. You should not have this problem now at all. Is this error visible even now?
