MOS-Chat version 1.1 released. Fixes, improvements.

Known problems:
- Mozilla has problems presenting chat and users window
- Session expires
Release Notes:
- When "To" field contains nickname it is send as private message
- SEF problem resolved
- Fixed list of users
- Recommended to use MySQL 4.x
- After submitting message only chat text portion of page refreshes (not whole site page)
- Nick entered in "To" field holds in position until deleted
- No need to use mouse and click all the time, you can use "TAB" key to move from "Message" to "To" field and vise versa
