Recent MOS-Chat server downtime |

Dear MOS-Chat users,
MOS-Chat server had thermal issues few days back (you could have seen downtime for almost a full day), this issues/downtime were used to upgrade server hardware (move to stronger/faster hardware) to accomodate higher moschat service usage. Unfortunatelly, new hardware has a performance issues, most probably due to MySQL version and hypethreading CPU incompatibility. Currently moschat server is unable to serve too many users and that is why module was temporarily disabled (to take some load off the server).
I will be upgrading MySQL version to 5.0 (from 4.1) tomorrow, which might solve the problem, if not I will move moschat to a different hardware (non hyperthreading). So there will be additional downtime of the server. I am working hard to solve this as soon as possible.
