There was a failure in datacenter where blastchat server is hosted:

"At 11:15am, the UPS system protecting our C2 datacenter experienced a catastrophic system failure. During this failure, the system control board were damaged, which prevented the cutover to generator power. Power was down to the facility for less than 5 minutes as the UPS was bypassed and generator power was implemented."

Unfortunatelly on reboot server did not restart all necessary services and due to my vacation it took me several hours to find about it.

I apologize for any issues that this outage may have caused. We are working hard to ensure that issues of this nature do not resurface.
