try following:
go to module configuration in Joomla admin backend and set "CB gender field" to empty value, then click "Save".

or i must use CB login to make this works? due to missing information of database?

Are you able to debug PHP code? Do some printouts? It seems some sql query is failing for example due to missing information in database.

I'm still having a problem with Blastchat Module.

fyi, i dont use CB component. all of it.
then I install Blastchat module in order to show who is online and who is in chat room.

but when i look on front page, it shows only link "join chat". nothing else.

how can I solve this?

That is correct, BlastChat module "join chat" link has no Itemid assigned.

Recommended steps:

1. Create new main menu link, pointing to BlastChat component. Once you create and save it, you will see "Itemid" field assigned for this link - remember its value (you do not have to publish this menu item)

2. Go to menu Extensions - Module manager - BlastChat Client 3.0 module - Module Parameters
Atach Itemid: Use Itemid defined below
Chat itemid: type value from step 1.

Step 2. will adjust "join chat" link that is generated by module, and will attach selected Itemid to the link.

(If you have some modules not to show an "All" of your pages, you need to adjust their "Menu selection" in Module manager and include menu item created in step 1.)
