I adjusted code the best I could, it should eliminate this error even if loading from database does not load any session.

Please, re-download module and re-install it.

To be 100% sure your installation of component is correct, check your _session table, you must have following fields present:
guest, usertype, bc_lastUpdate

Do you have BlastChat Client 3.0 installed as well? Module is useless without component.
