Compare data printed on Registration page and Configuration-client page/tab (copy/paste private key from Registration page to Configuration-Client page)

My Blastchat can't find my website in the Blastchat database and asks if my website is registered - and it is. I was told the private key I have in my configuration client might be wront? What is wrong?
