go to chat admin area - joomla admin backend menu Components - BlastChat Client - Configuration-Server, there find icons Config, Rooms etc, and there explore different settings.

Module translation: find blastchat languages directory under joomladir/modules and edit appropriate file.

We do plan to add one-on-one lifehelp like feature to our service in future.

Thanks, and I did that, but it is still not working on my site www.samui-villas.bizlike I want. How can I disable all different chatrooms. I really don't need 'smileys', as I am providing customers with informations...not emotions. Also, is there a possibility to change the Text of the Module...it just says 'Join Chat', and something ,ike 'Get Help online' or similar would be much better for my purposes. Sorry, about all this mess, but I am quite desperate, as there are basically no other options for Joomla 1.0 out there. Or I am missing out a lot of features due to my not understanding...?

Best

No problem. You need to install BC Component, that is the main chat client, BC module you installed is only an add-on module to show who is chatting etc.

You need your BC account to register your website URL with our service, to register your website, simply click "Register" link at the end of component installation.

Hmmm, I am completely lost here. I installed the BC module and it shows in my modules and I can edit it. So, now when I am in the frontend and click on the module 'join chat' it shows 'Contact your website administrator. Could not find your website in our database. Is your website registered?', but I am registered on your site. What I am doing wrong...sorry new to all this
