There was a slight error in our installation package()default parameters were not set after fresh install), please re-download the file and re-install.

The administrator has disabled public write access.

There are these steps that need to be completed: 1. download and install BlastChat Client 2. create blastchat account 3. register your website with blastchat service (visit Joomla admin backend, menu Components/BlastChat Client/Registration, fill in the form and click "Register" in top right corner)

Hi guys I'm very new to joomla and wanting to add chat to my new joomla 1.6 website. I've registered for blastchat, downloaded installed it, created a menu item for it, but my page is blank. I'm guessing that I'm missing a step. Any suggestions?
