If user has changed his "username" then this error is presented.

User's blastchat security code is dependent on his ID and username. So, if user changed his username, then security code doe snot match previously generated security code.

How to fix:

1. Change username back to original one
or
1. Delete user information on server side (www.blastchat.com "Your registration", Users area, delete user
2. Delete this user information from admin joomla backend, blastchatc_users table (unfortunately web interface to perform this task is not yet implemented in blastchat client, so you will have to do it manually)

habe den aktuellen Chat installiert und funktioniert auch soweit ganz gut. Allerdings wenn sich ein bestimmter User names "Bueffelfrau" einloggen möchte kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:

Failed to authenticate you. Your username does not match our records, contact your system administrator

Was hat das zu bedeuten?
