1. you must enter chat from your website FRONTEND as a logged in member (probably administrator) -> this will create database information for this user in blastchat server
2. after this you will see this member in chat admin area under "Users" icon and you can edit this user.

non riesco a capire come fare ad aggiungere l'utente superadministrator dal pannello di controllo su blastchat.com.

Mi dice che un utente viene caricato non appena accede alla chat, ma io ho acceduto con superadministrator, administrator, e non vedo alcun utente sul backend blastchat.

1. Admin si suppone essere uno (o più) del tuo sito web gli utenti registrati che voi come SuperAdmin fiducia per amministrare (far rispettare le norme) all'interno di chat

SuperAdmin dovrebbe essere uno solo e deve essere webadmin del tuo sito web, una stessa persona che ha blastchat.com al vostro conto di configurazione Server zona. (A possibilità di contrassegnare un membro del tuo sito web come SuperAdmin all'interno di chat)

Capire che blastchat servizio doe snot "vedere" quale membro del tuo sito web è il vostro joomla admin backend amministratore, si "vede" tutti i membri, come solo per i membri (al momento).

2. Poiché alcuni SuperAdmins parti conto blastchat.com informazioni con altri amministratori, che è il motivo per cui gli amministratori hanno accesso a [Admin] dal menu. [Admin] è breve per la gestione e la conduce alla configurazione / pannello di controllo amministrativo di chat (come joomla admin backend Configurazione Server zona)

SuperAdmin should be only one and it should be webadmin of your website, same person who has blastchat.com account to your Configuration-Server area. (A chance to mark a member of your website as SuperAdmin inside chat)

Understand that blastchat service doe snot "see" which member of your website is your joomla admin backend administrator, it "sees" all members as members only (at the moment).

2. Because some SuperAdmins share blastchat.com account information with other Admins, that is why Admins have access to [Admin] menu. [Admin] is short for Administration and it leads to configuration/administrative control panel of your chat (same as joomla admin backend Configuration-Server area)

Salve, sono alle prese con la gestione utenti e non sono riuscito a capire:

1) la differenza tra amministratore e super-amminstratore

2) Un volta settato un utente come amministratore ho visto che se clicca su [admin] gli viene richiesto nickname e password e, se non e' registrato, di registrarsi al sito di blastchat ma, una volta registrato, come fa ad amministrare la chat di cui e' amministratore?
