Uninstall failed to remove all files from directory, please delete administrator/components/com_blastchatc and components/com_blastchatc directories.

Then install freshly downloaded client 3.0

Problem running install 3 Years ago Karma: 0
I had another problem earlier, and the instruction was to reinstall the client 3.0, but when I try to it shows the following message:

* Component Install: Another Component is already using directory: "/home/inglesca/public_html/components/com_blastchatc"
* Component Install: Another Component is already using directory: "/home/inglesca/public_html/administrator/components/com_blastchatc"

What am I doing wrong?
