find favicon.ico file in your templates directory, and for a test copy it over (just to see if that will load), if it will load, then there is something wrong with y our .ico file (find another way to create it)
PS: I will put on to-do list to allow change of the file name (favicon.ico was used for automatic detection)
Tried with multiple browser, all of them try to save the file instead of presenting it.
How did you create your .ico file, renamed extension of the file?
