I am sorry, but I did not understand. Could you describe your problem or question in more details and in English?

public key is generated on every entry to chat, which means it is always a different value.

lo que paso es que la llave publica no era la misma en el cliente que en el servidor por este motivo no arrancaba pero las deje igual y ahora funciona perfecto el chat muchas gracias

It is very confusing if you submit error with different description then the topic of this thread.

1. Is this related to Configuration-Client or Configuration-Server?
2. when you click "help" icon, you get what error? File was not find or Incorrect public key?

hi..
my problem is that when I open the popup window the following message The requested URL / administrator / components / com_bcaccount / help / wmanager.edit.html was not found on this please need to know to respectserver.
