I cannot get to the last item. I have no way of registering www.xfan.tv by itself. The system consistenly returns 'YOUR WEBSITE IS REGISTERED WITH BLASTCHAT.

ok, once more then

1. if you enter/load joomla admin backend using "www.xfan.tv.php5-5.dfw1-2.websitetestlink.com/" then chat is using "www.xfan.tv.php5-5.dfw1-2.websitetestlink.com/" during registration process

2. if you woul dlike to register "www.xfan.tv" you must enter/load you admin backend using "www.xfan.tv" -> then chat will use this URL and you will register it.

If you entered/loaded admin backend using "www.xfan.tv" but once you load Registration page and it show "www.xfan.tv.php5-5.dfw1-2.websitetestlink.com/" then this is a problem/error and I would need to know that to help you out.

I want this: www.xfan.tv
Not only can I not modify the registered url I cannot even register a super administrator.

This means you are trying to register your OLD URL. You must enter your admin backend at URL that you want to register. I hope this is clear, isn't it?

I understand you want to "change" URL, but that is not possible. Each URL is unique and is treated as such.

Simply register your new URL - admin backend, menu Components - BlastChat Client - Registration, fill in the form correctly, use different "name" and "abbr" then your old URL. Once registered, you can adjust old URL's "name" and "abbr" if you want to use it for new URL.

PS: if you are not getting anywhere, tell me at least where did you get? What page, what is the error message? (do not copy paste here your intra_id or priv_key for security please)
