You have configured blastchat component to force open chat
"detached"but you have pop-up blocker activated, disable pop-up
blocker.

HOla.. bueno he instalado el modulo en mambo y ya lo publique y cuando quiero dar click en el boton Entrar al chat no ingresa me envia ala pagina de inicio de mi web. por favor si me pueden ayudar para configurar gracias
la direccion es www.chepen.com.pe/portal/ en la parte inferior izquierda esta el enlace
