Well I have to say that you were very gracious at taking feedback on board and I have to say that your 1) about the description is certainly better for people to understand and 2) Absolutely brilliant you are going to incorporate guest limits for the paid hosting. Certainly makes it a lot more appealing now. The other paid for subscriptions such as link removal and adding your own banner is less important but worthy to someone that sees this as worthy of addition. It was just the guests issue that was the main worry and is certainly fixed with your suggestion above.

I will certainly consider you seriously in future now should my chatroom needs start to push me towards paying for a subscription.

We took your comments into consideration and made following adjustments:

1. We adjusted "Chatters limit" description to be more precise as
"Maximum combined volume of chatters inside all your rooms, chatters who entered chat from your website."

2. You are absolutely correct about "Guests" permissions, now it is included in "Chatters limit" plan. On top of it we added "Maximum guests" field to room configuration, so you can fine-tune guests limits to make sure your slots are secured for your members as needed. (You can have all rooms members only and may be one room opened to guests at certain limit.

The 100 chatters for free is very good.
But your 20 chatters subscription and the others hav a serious flaw that I certainly wouldnt pay for.

Let me explain why....

If I paid out for 20 chatters, I would then be expected to pay out another $11 to block guests from using up my available slots that I wanted my registered members to use.

It makes no sense to pay out for a 20 chatter subscription if your users are already fighting over the 20 spaces available and then you find that any unregistered guest from some other site can just wander in and grab the spaces and lock out your own members. It is possible (in theory) that 5 spammers could log in to spam your chatroom and that is over 25% of your chatroom unavailable to your own fully registered members.
With limited control to block these unwanted guests without paying out further it makes the whole subscription rather pointless if you have to pay out and then pay out yet again just to be able to provide a chatroom for your website members.

I can understand your need to generate revenue and the original pricing for the subscription is placed within the same prices as other hosting options on the marketplace, but you are pricing yourself out of competition by not including the extras as part of the original subscription as other programmes include many of your extras as part of the hosting and therefore makes you look extremely pricey to just get basic features.

Dont get me wrong, the free subscription model is still a very good offer as a basic starter chat for most websites and I myself will continue to use it for as long as it serves my requirements. But for a paid hosting plan, as and when i need to upgrade to one, I know for a fact there are much better priced and much more feature rich ones than what you currently offer today. Sorry

100 chatters for your subscription (no matter how many rooms you have, since we do not limit number of rooms)

Can I ask about the Maximum Chatters part of the subscription?

When it says 100 chatters in chat is FREE, does that mean 100 chatters per each room you set up, or 100 chatters in total across all of yours rooms (so 5 rooms would mean 20 chatters per room, 10 rooms means 10 chatters per room).
