1. Go to joomla admin backend, components - BlastChat Client - Registration

2. Read what is being written on that page and follow its instructions
(i.e. Compare printed data on that page with your data on "Configuration - Client" tab)

3. copy/paste missing or incorrect data from Registration screen to your Configuration-Client and save


You do understand that blastchat is server-to-server service. That means, tha untill member of your website does not enter chat from your frontpage, then there will be no "Users" listed in Configuraiton-Server to select and assign as SuperAdmin.

Do steps 1-3.
Then
4. Enter chat from your frontpage
5. go and assign your SuperAdmin

I am having this issue.. same error when accessed thru the front end. I have deleted my free acct and re-registered to hopefully get it fixed... still error.. I have just installed it and so far have been having problems. It says in control panel that this website has not super admins.... which is untrue.. and in the BC users there isn't anyone listed.

Ok,Peter.Finally I manage to get it right with your help, of course. Thank you so much for the great help. I can now open the blastchat even with www at the URL
Hopefully no more problem after this.

well, you messed up line 26 when you edited api.blastchatc.php file

(you were not supposed to touch those lines)

I attached sialogy.zip file special for you, uninstall blastchat client, then install it from this file
