Username database integration is a premium feature as of early July. You have to subscribe to "Chatters limit" to activate username database integration feature.

1. you must be logged in to your website from frontend
2. you enter chat as logged in member

then Users area will get filled with your username, etc for all other members entering chat

Why isn't that hapening to me ???

Ok, so i'm logged in, in the frontend, and nothing's showed in users...

WHY ??

You must enter chat from your website frontend as a logged in member, that will put that member's name into chat control panel that can be assigned as SuperAdmin
