1. change your "Live chat" menu item to NOT open chat in "New window"(it is not meant to work that way), if you desire users to open chat directly as detached window, we recommend you download and install "BlastChat WhoIsOnline" module and configure it to show "Direct popup/detach" link only (or adjust chat Configuration and set "Detached" to Yes)

2. Go to your website frontpage, login to your frontpage account, then enter chat - this will create new user in chat Administration so that you can set it as "SuperAdmin"

3. Remember, if you login to website.com and then you switch to www.website.com, Joomla will not be able to keep your session and you will not be logged in. We recommend to set single access to your website using .htaccess rewrite rules as described here

Where is that exactly? If you are referring to chat Administration, section Users, then users will start to show up there once users enter chat from your website frontpage.
Yes that is correct, but they don't show up backend Administration, section Users once they enter the chatbox.

I think "Profile" field in your case should have value like:
index.php?option=com_users&view=profile&userid=[id]
That's what I tried. I have changed that path because the extension component is in the administrator map located. Hoping that this would solve the problem of users not showing up backend and creating a super administrator in Blastchart.

In the administration configuration I placed the following behind the line Profile: website.com/administrator/index.php?opti...=profile&userid=[id]
Is this correct because I use no community builder as mentioned in the example line.I think "Profile" field in your case should have value like:
index.php?option=com_users&view=profile&userid=[id]

"Chat" will automatically replace [id] with actual chatter/user id
