Banners, are active only if you purchase a subscription. Then, you create banners under "Banners" and place them into room by selecting banner in Room edit page.

are the banner still not working/ if so how do we publish them on the chatroom?

Banners are not yet implemented in new chat (beta) right now. (we will adjust Banners screen to reflect that). Thank you for pointing that out.

i included your chat yesterday and it works great.
Actually i have just one problem. I tryed to include a banner on the bottom of the chat window. But the configuration site always says "Banners are not activated for this website. You can do so under website configuration." But i can´t find this point in the options.
Can you please tell me where to activate the banners?
