1. Members not able to enter chat - if a member is not able to access chat, is he/she getting any error message? If you can submit a screen shot that would be excellent so we can sort it out as soon as possible.

2. "Strange visitors" - you are not subscribed to "Global guests" feature, which would allow you to block global visitors from your rooms, that is why you see those global visitors in your room. (could you explain what means "another www.godd...not mine"? another URL or similar URL as yours?)

3. if you wish to have it all in order right away, our best recommendation is that you switch to new BlastChat by editing your website "Config" (Configuration-Server in your admin joomla backend) and check "yes" for "New BlastChat" option (if you are not sure what new BlastChat is, just visit our website and click on "Demo" for a preview or read "Features" link). After you do this, you should revisit "Rooms" configuration as there are will be available very granular access privileges options to control your room visitors. If you prefer to "keep" current chat implementation, please, respond to 1 and 2.

No members of my site are getting inside my chatroom. I have fixed everything so that Chatting is only possible for our registered members, but since a week (I didn't notice this earlier) some people is getting inside, with another www.goddes.... not mine and are chatting about topics that have nothing to do with our interests. I have tried everything, so the only thing I could do at this moment is disabled the chat option, this is a pity because I'm paying for it. What can I do???
