you can access all the logs in Configuration-Server under "Logs" icon. If you have problem accessing this area or you can not find it and you would need us to access your logs, we can do so, just let us know and send as an email using our "Contact us" form for confirmation.

We are not aware of any security holes which would allow anybody to hack chat, but we take reports like this very serious and will examine all possible angles. Please, tell us if that user claims that he hacked blastchat website using chat or he hacked your website using chat? (there is a big difference in those two claims).

hi. the other day was a big personal problem between users in my chat. yesterday i was on other country and i was unable to work in my web. one moderator send me a text message to my mobile phone, and say to me that one user was trying to hack the chat, and this user says that he have all users passwords. i want to global admin of blast chat check the log from my chat, and watch what user says. also, i wanna know if there is a way to hack this, because right now, i'm a little scare. i know about web codes, but i don't have all the answers. anyway, i don't think that whit a freaking html code, a user can "hack" blastchat.
