You download theme from this location
Theme download link (we will upload new version soon, as new elements have been added to chat UI)
Once this file is extracted on your website, you visit chat admin area and enter "Config", there you set "Theme URL" and "Theme version" fields properly (version is to force browser to load new version, in case you changed theme files)
