IF, your workplace administrator is blocking http traffic to blastchat.com we can not help you, it will not work from your workplace computer. Try it on a computer that is not in your workplace network.
What is blocking it? your work administrator? You have to explain, how can you tell it is clocked? Do you see any error? We can not help you if you do not provide more detailed information.
If I understand it correctly "in work it blocked" means that at your work place a firewall blocks connection to blastchat.com? If that is the case, we can not help you to connect to chat from your work computer.
