in your admin backend, you have two places under BlastCHat menus, one leads to Administration (which is same as "Your registration" menu on our website) the other is Configuration (Options under J2.5).

So, copy values from Administration/Config to Configuration.

your authentication data intra_id and private_key values do not match between chat Administration/Config page and chat Configuration (Options) page. Copy values from Administration to Configuration.

Hello,

I installed the chat and everything is donne right but when i try to run it i got this mensage:

"Could not find your website in our database. Is your website registered? "

I have the register donne and it apears that everything is good. What should i do?
